Shipping

Goods are sent generally the same day. You can login to your account and see the status of your order at any time. You will also recieve email updates of your order status automatically.

We are charged VAT by the government on all income collected from recieved shipping/postage charges. also there is a packing and handling charge included. Hence shipping charge can be higher than that printed on your packet.

Returns

Parts: Can be returned at the buyers expense and must be in an unused condition within 7 days, parts ordered incorrectly will be subject to a 25% handling fee. We cannot refund shipping costs.

Generally parts are pre-inspected before dispatch. However we will cover any shipping damage or faulty parts at our expense on the very rare occasions this may be an issue.
